Havre Police Department

Joshua Kay Blatter of Havre, 29, was issued a summons Thursday at 8:06 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Jonathan Seaton of Havre, 26, was issued a summons Thursday at 8:12 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release, related to the 24/7 Sobriety Program; operating a vehicle with fictitious plates; fleeing or eluding a peace officer; and driving without vehicle insurance, after a three minute pursuit of Bell in a red 1990 Toyota 4-Runner that started near the cemetery on Ninth Street Thursday at 1:11 p.m. and ended on llth Street near the university.

Tracy Lynn Eagleman of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release, probation violation, and contempts for which justice of the peace may punish, after officers were called to assist another agency Thursday at 5:22p.m.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 28, was arrested on a charge of criminal mischief after a caller at a First Street Northeast residents asked Thursday at 8:12 p.m. for assistance.

A caller on Jefferson Avenue reported a stolen debit card at 11:40 p.m. Thursday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Ann Marie Rose Cantrell of Rocky Boy, 24, was arrested on four Justice or City court warrants after a caller at a Box Elder business reported a domestic disturbance Thursday at 1:35 p.m.

Deputies assisted a Gildford resident Thursday at 6:53 p.m.

Eric Lee Ambler of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after a caller at Hill County Detention Center asked for assistance at 12:26 a.m. today.

Havre Fire Department had no calls to report.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat and one long-hair cat of unknown gender and one medium-hair male cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male American bulldog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, two male and a female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies, a female Anatolian shepherd/husky 9-month-old puppy, a male pit bull-Labrador 9-month-old puppy and a male shepherd-Chow Chow dog.
