Havre Police Department

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on 13th Avenue Monday at 12:43 p.m., but no further details were provided.

A caller at a First Street West business reported at 1:48 p.m. Monday people would not leave the business when asked.

A caller on 10th Street West reported Monday at 4:14 p.m. that someone who wasn't supposed to be in her apartment was there.

Everett Dale Windyboy or Havre, 66, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 10:10 p.m. Monday a man on the property who was trespassing.

A 10:24 a.m. Tuesday caller on Grant Avenue reported a lost red backpack with a Fort Belknap emblem on it.

An Oak Drive caller reported Tuesday at 11:28 a.m. someone had vandalized a nativity set.

Esequeil Pepe Velasquez of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a pick up and hold order Tuesday at 4:06 p.m. on Second Street.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Lacey Marie Pitkanen of Harlem, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of shoplifting, contempts for which justice of the peace may punish and probation violation, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Monday at 12:57 p.m.

Haley Marie Kelm of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 4:10 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Percephone Sharee Onco of Rocky Boy, 26, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 1:17 a.m. at First Street and Fifth Avenue.

James Darren Hobbs of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller in Laredo reported a man and woman fighting Tuesday at 6:35 a.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one Tuesday.

Firefighters responded to a fire call on the 300 block of Ninth Street at 10:27 p.m. No one was made available for more details on the fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat and one long-hair cat of unknown gender and one short-hair female cat and one medium-hair male cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a female shepherd dog, two male and a female mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies, a female Anatolian shepherd/husky 9-month-old puppy, a male pit bull-Labrador 9-month-old puppy and a male shepherd-Chow Chow dog.
