Local Bowling Report: Happy Holidays from Harvest Moon Lanes

A reminder for everyone about New Year’s Eve Jackpot Bowling. Harvest Moon Lanes is taking reservations now.

Come out to the lanes or call to reserve your lanes for one of the best NYE parties in town. There will be karaoke challenges, cash prizes for the best performance, 50/50 drawings and a photo booth set up for special New Year’s memories. Also, cash prizes will given away. Sign-up starts at 7 p.m. and bowling begins at 8 p.m. Cost is $25 per person, and you must be 18 years or older to participate.

High scores for the week were, Dianne Watson with a 206 game and Jackie Mayer with a 580 series for the ladies. Kyle Surber had a 257-717 for men.

I’d also like to mention that we had a 300-game this weekend. It wasn’t a sanctioned game, but still should be mentioned. Kyle Surber rolled the first 300-game of the year during moonlight bowling on a single lane. Nice job, Kyle.
