The dispatch log says an anonymous woman in the Havre area asked for assistance at 2:16 p.m. Wednesday.

A caller reported a drug offense on 10th Street West Wednesday at 3:53 p.m.

A non-injury vehicle crash was reported on First Street at 5:10 p.m. Wednesday.

--

Jessica Azure of Havre, 18, and a 16-year-old were each issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after a 13th Street West caller asked to speak with an officer at 10:48 p.m. Wednesday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Lynn Rose Werk of Havre, 31, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and Vincent Mark Alcorn of Chinook, 47, was arrested on a state District court warrant, both served at Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 11:50 a.m.

Donald Craig Montgomery of Whitefish, 52, was arrested on a state District Court warrant served at a U.S. Highway 2 East business Wednesday at 2:50 p.m.

A deputy initiated investigation of a possible drug offense at Riverside Trailer Court reported Wednesday at 7:17 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and on call this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat and one long-hair cat of unknown gender and one short-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female Shih Tzu dog, a male American bulldog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male German shepherd 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female labrador retriever 26-week-old puppy, a female Anatolian shepherd/husky 9-month-old puppy and a male shepherd-Chow Chow dog.
