Havre Police Department

Monday at 9:07 a.m. a juvenile at the High School asked to speak to an officer.

Walter Alfonso Garcia of Havre, 26, was arrested on a state district court warrant while officers were assisting Probation and Parole Monday at 2 p.m.

Someone in the Havre area called in a drug offense Monday at 3:45 p.m.

A caller on Fifth Avenue reported a vehicle crash at 5:43 p.m. Monday.

Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property, resisting arrest and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street West establishment asked Monday at 10:16 p.m.to have a man removed from the property.

Monday at 11:01 p.m. caller on First Street Northeast reported a residence had been broken into.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after a 12th Street caller asked for assistance Monday at 11:49 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud reported Monday at 9:18 a.m. on Sixth Street North.

Robert Darrin Sunchild Jr. of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Monday at 3:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Monday and one in Kremlin early this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat of unknown gender and one short-hair female cat, along with 12 feral cats for its spay/neuter and release program.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Shih Tzu dog, a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male American bulldog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male German shepherd 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female Anatolian shepherd/husky 9-month-old puppy and a male shepherd-Chow Chow dog.
