Havre Police Department

Thursday at 10:33 a.m. a Ninth Avenue caller requested officers assistance.

A Second Street caller reported a 6-month-old black Labrador retriever Thursday at 3:57 p.m. to Havre Animal Control.

A hit and run to property was reported Thursday at 4:43p.m. by a First Avenue West caller.

--

Michelle Nichole Healy of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers served the warrant Thursday at 5:10 p.m.

A juvenile was issues a summons on the charges of a curfew violation after a First Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 7:04 p.m. of a missing juvenile.

A Third Street caller reported a man and a woman fighting Thursday at 9:00 p.m.

--

Thursday at 9:30 p.m. a First Street caller reported a man acting suspiciously and yelling.

A Second Street caller reported Thursday at 9:49 p.m. of a stolen bike. The bike was later returned to the owner.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A 12-year-old was issued a summons of a charge of possession of dangerous drugs after a caller from Box Elder Schools reported a drug offense Thursday at 9:34 a.m.

Thursday at 7:07 p.m. a vehicle crash with a deer was reported near the Box Elder land fill.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three emergency calls Thursday and one this morning

Thursday at 4:44 p.m. a caller reported that carbon monoxide was detected on the 900 Block of Sixth Avenue. Firefighters responded to the scene and carbon monoxide was detected. NorthWestern Energy was called and the building was evacuated. NorthWestern Energy found a leak in the furnace and tagged it out of service until it is repaired.

A boy was born Thursday, Dec. 13, 2018, to Priscilla Friede and Eric Houle Sr. of Box Elder.
