Fundraiser set for middle-school Everglades trip

The Havre Middle School class taught by Danielle Parsons is planning to travel to the Florida Everglades for a life science trip and is holding a Pizza Hut fundraiser Thursday.

While in the Everglades, the students will participate in bio-diversity surveys, swim with dolphins, kayak through mangroves, visit a turtle hospital and participate in an environmental service project.

When people say they are donating to the trip while paying for dine-in and carry-out orders, 20 percent of the purchase price will be donated to the fundraiser, with money raised divided among the group to help pay for the trip.
