Havre Police Department

A caller at Havre Middle School reported Friday at 6:56 p.m. that a cellphone was stolen.

A fender bender between three vehicles was reported Friday at 8:44 p.m. on Ninth Street.

--

A 2:29 p.m. Saturday caller reported stolen automotive parts that were delivered to the 11th Street West residence.

--

A 12-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violations after a caller on First Street reported Saturday at 9:52 p.m. that her daughter had not come home.

Janet Lynn Morsette of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a charge of obscene phone call after a Havre area caller reported at 10:02 p.m. Saturday receiving a harassing message.

Molly Meagan Kain of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on charges of driving without vehicle insurance, driving with expired registration, failing to give notice of accident, careless driving and failing to notify owner of damage to property after an officer investigate suspicious activity at the Blue Pony Football Stadium Sunday at 2:12 a.m.

Kyle Shane Parker of Box Elder, 33, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge at 6:36 a.m. Sunday in relation to a monitoring device violation.

Clayton Andrew Hofeldt of Chinook, 43, was arrested on charges of failure to obey a red traffic signal and aggravated driving under the influence after a caller on First Street reported a vehicle crash Sunday at 6:40 a.m.

A Seventh Avenue caller at 3:13 p.m. Sunday reported a hit and run crash.

--

A First Avenue caller at 4:25 p.m. Sunday reported a hit and run crash.

Madison Leigh Kelley of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge after a 10th Street caller reported a noise complaint on his girlfriend and her friends Sunday at 10:51 p.m. Kelley was also part of an incident investigation from 8:54 p.m. in which a caller on First Street reported a woman had beat up her granddaughter and was yelling at her.

Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a caller at a First Street West establishment reported a woman on probation was in the casino.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

John Conrad Rorrer-Hanson of Havre, 25, was arrested on a charge of obscene phone call after a caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Saturday at 8:03 p.m. receiving threats.

Seth Daniel Swick of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia after a deputy investigated suspicious activity at the rookery on River Road Sunday at 11:39 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two Saturday, five Sunday and three this morning.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire report Saturday at 7:55 p.m. on the 300 Block of First Street West. The fire appeared to have started in the air filter and caused about $200 damage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and one long-hair cat both of unknown gender, one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and one long-hair female cat, along with 12 feral cats for its spay/neuter and release program.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male German shepherd 6-month-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.

A girl was born Friday, Dec. 7, 2018, to Eva Messerly and Alton Mathews of Hogeland.
