HMS announces students of the month

Havre Middle School's Sixth-Grade Student of the Month for November is Liddie Morse.

Liddie is the daughter of Jeremy and Bobbie Morse. She has two brothers, Grady and Brody Morse.

Liddie's hard work ethic and eagerness to learn shows in her high GPA. She is ready for any task and completes it with a positive attitude. Her kindness and sweet personality is appreciated by all staff and peers at HMS.

In her free time Liddie is involved with softball, dance and tumbling. She also loves drawing, reading and writing.

In the future Liddie plans to go to college to become an architect and interior designer.

November's Seventh-Grade Student of the Month at Havre Middle School is Clara Laird.

Clara's parents are Myles and Yvonne Laird.

Clara is a very active student who participates in football, cheerleading, wrestling, track, jazz band and band. Outside of school she is involved in softball, swimming, 4-H and does volunteer work.

At the middle school, Clara holds herself to very high standards and inspires her fellow classmates to develop their own love of learning. She goes above and beyond by challenging herself and others to learn. Her actions truly represent the "Pony Pride" spirit.

Clara aspires to attend an Ivy League school and study to become a theoretical astrophysicist.

Joel Stamper-Windy Boy is HMS' Eighth-Grade Student of the Month for November.

Joel is the son of Ian and Angela Stamper-Windy Boy. He has one sister, Raelie Stamper-Windy Boy.

At HMS, Joel plays the trumpet in the band. He also is very active when not in school and enjoys biking, racket ball, basketball and camping. In his spare time Joel loves being around family, friends and his dog.

Joel is hard working student who is always striving toward improvement in all areas. Joel is a respectable young man who is nice and friendly to everyone. His personality makes him an ideal student at HMS.

Joel's future goals are to study art and become more involved with wall climbing.
