Havre Police Department

A caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 10:42 a.m. that someone had stolen diapers from the store.

Jeremy Addison Lodgepole of Havre, 19, was arrested on seven Justice or City court warrants and a charge of resisting arrest and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license while an officer was investigating suspicious activity on First Street West Thursday at 4:05 p.m. A person of unknown age who was named as an involved party was listed in the jail roster as being held on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Callers reported Thursday at 5:16 p.m. a Toyota struck a deer on U.S. Highway 2 West.

A Ninth Avenue caller reported at 6:48 p.m. Thursday a two-vehicle non-injury vehicle crash in which a vehicle was backed into another one.

Tracyn Michelle Labuda of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 10th Street and Third Avenue Thursday at 10:18 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller reported a dead deer in the middle of U.S. Highway 87 at 4:42 p.m. Thursday.

Someone called Thursday at 5:02 p.m. to check the status of a previous report of stolen bikes.

A caller on 32nd Avenue East reported Thursday at 5:27 p.m. that a vehicle had driven through a fence and parts of the car were left at the scene.

Curtis Molina of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Thursday at 7:21 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats and one long-hair cat all of unknown gender, two short-hair female cats, one medium-hair male cat and one long-hair female cat, along with 12 feral cats for its spay/neuter and release program.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male Labrador retriever-hound 21-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed dog, a male German shepherd 26-week-old puppy, a male mixed-breed 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed dog.

A girl was born Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2018, to Jacyne Bill and Isaiah Parker of Rocky Boy.
