Havre Police Department

A bicycle was reported next to a dumpster at 8:18 a.m. Tuesday on Smithville Road.

Alejandro Richardo Plascencia Jr. of Billings, 25, was issued a summons on charges of assault with bodily fluid and assault after a caller at the emergency room reported a disturbance Tuesday at 9:46 a.m.

William Webster Thakeray Jr. of Havre, 81, was issued a summons on a charge of careless driving after a caller on 18th Street reported at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday a blue car had hit a tree, possibly deploying the car's air bag.

--

Tuesday at 12:42 p.m. a 10th Avenue caller reported a past altercation.

--

Officers opened an investigation after someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 3:20 p.m. asking to speak to an officer.

An arrest was made after a vehicle crash was reported Tuesday at 4:26 p.m. at 15th Avenue and 15th Street, but no details were provided on the charges.

A fender bender was reported at a First Street business at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday.

Patricia Marie Huntley of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a caller at a First Street Northeast residence reported a domestic disturbance at 9:03 p.m. Tuesday.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charges of juvenile curfew violations and violation of conditions of release after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 11:04 p.m. her grandson had missed his curfew.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported vandalism at 10:02 a.m. Tuesday.

Donna Sue Meyers of Havre, 72, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Tuesday at 3:49 p.m.

A 16-year-old from Rudyard and Kieran Allen White of Rudyard, 18, were each issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a Rudyard caller reported erratic drivers at 5:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Rocky Police Department reported Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. a stolen vehicle headed toward Big Sandy and requested help looking for a stolen vehicle in the Box Elder area at 7:40 p.m.

--

Deputies removed a mattress from the driving lane on U.S. Highway 2 East after it was reported at 6:54 p.m. Tuesday.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a short-haired cat, two medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat and one 9-month-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender along with one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and two long-hair female cats.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female pit bull terrier-American bulldog 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy, a pit bull terrier dog, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
