Havre Police Department

A Sixth Avenue caller Monday at 9:44 a.m. reported vehicle damage.

Monday at 11:59 p.m. a Forth Avenue caller reported a suspicious male rolling around in an alleyway.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A U.S. Highway 2 and U.S. Highway 87 caller reported Monday at 10:03 a.m. two pump trailers where weaving in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed last seen South bound on U.S. highway 87 from U.S. Highway 2.

Tuesday at 1:10 a.m. a Buffalo Coat Street caller reported a motor vehicle accident.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Monday and one call this morning.

Havre firefighters responded to a call Monday at 6:48 p.m. on the 400 Block of 19th Street in which the caller reported detecting carbon monoxide. NorthWestern Energy workers found that a furnace was emitting the deadly gas and shut down the furnace.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a short-haired cat, two medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat and one 9-month-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender along with one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and two long-hair female cats.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 23-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female pit bull terrier-American bulldog 26-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
