A Friday 10:35 a.m. caller on 10th Avenue reported a dog that was not allowed in the city limits.

A caller at a Seventh Street facility reported an assault Friday at 10:54 a.m.

A Second Street business caller reported Friday at 3:05 p.m. finding a wallet.

--

Larae Danita Hughes of Havre, 42, was issued a summons on a charge of theft of lost or mislaid property after a caller at a First Street West business asked for assistance Monday at 5:09 p.m. finding an iPhone left at the business.

Moses Eugene Lawrence of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a First Street business reported a man sleeping in the business entry Friday at 8:44 p.m.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver's license and expired vehicle registration and Haley Marie Kelm of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, during a 10:05 p.m. vehicle stop on First Street Friday.

Carmela Tonasket of Havre, 32, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a caller on First Street asked officers Saturday at 2:48 a.m.to check on a woman.

Officers investigated a 4:46 a.m. Saturday report from Lincoln Avenue of a woman outside causing a scene.

At 5:08 a.m. Saturday someone flagged down an officer for assistance.

A Third Street caller reported Saturday at 8:12 a.m. a DeWalt tool bag was stolen.

A blue Road Master bike was found at Pepin Park Saturday at 12:39 p.m.

Steven Lee Strike of Havre, 30, was issued a summons Sunday at 8:07 a.m. at the police station on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program.

A vehicle crash was reported Sunday at 1:04 p.m. on First Street.

A 19th Avenue Northeast caller reported Sunday at 4:32 p.m. a possible break-in.

Justin Radim Jezek of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, trespass to property and criminal mischief after a caller on Fourth Street reported a disturbance at 11:44 p.m. Sunday.

Jadelynn Fourstar Clancy of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of minor in possession and social host violation and Emanuel D. Sanchez of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of MIP, after a caller on Jefferson Avenue reported a loud party at 12:05 a.m. today.

Kyle Shane Parker of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of shoplifting, open container on the highway, driving under the influence, no insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, after a caller at a First Street West business reported a gas drive off at 1:57 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Kaiden Jacob Anez or Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous dugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, after a caller at Havre City-County Airport reported Friday at 7:36 a.m. reported an e-cigarette inside a lotion bottle.

Skyler Blou Parisian of Box Elder, 21, was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid driver's license and on two Justice or City court warrants, during a Friday 5:37 p.m. vehicle stop on Main Street in Box Elder.

--

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 East reported Friday at 9:21 p.m. a vehicle was stolen.

--

Deputies investigated a complaint at a U.S. Highway 2 West business at 10:12 p.m. Friday.

--

A caller in Beaver Creek Park reported at 12:38 p.m. Saturday that two men in a white Chevy pickup truck appeared to be hunting in the park, and deputies referred the call to another agency.

Ricky J. Hendrickson of Havre, 52, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and probation violation after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Saturday at 4:42 p.m.

--

Two callers reported Sunday at 3:23 p.m. that a cabin shed on Phelps Lane was broken into and reported at 4:24 p.m. a truck had crashed into a fence.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday and five calls Sunday.

--

Firefighters put out a small grass fire reported at 12:28 p.m. Friday at on the 100 Block of River Road.

--

A smoke smell was reported at 12:38 a.m. Sunday on the 10 Block of Third Street West. Firefighters called NorthWestern Energy to help residents with a hot furnace.

--

Firefighters were called to the 1600 Block of 10th Street West after hot ash and embers in a bucket caused a fire in a garage. About $1,000 of damage was done to the garage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a short-haired cat, two medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat and one 9-month-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender along with one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and two long-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 23-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female pit bull terrier-American bulldog 26-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
