Havre Police Department

Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. a caller wanted to speak to an officer about a missing person.

A Fifth Street caller reported a vehicle accident Wednesday at 11:32 a.m.

Casey Owen Mummey, 38, of Havre was arrested on the charge of a probation violation during a probation assistance Wednesday at 1:10 p.m.

An 11th Street caller reported Wednesday at 2:17 p.m. a theft of a motorcycle.

--

A Second Street caller reported a non injury vehicle crash Wednesday at 5:13 p.m.

--

James Henry Morrow Jr., 46, of Havre was issued a summons on the charge of criminal contempt related to a 24-7 Sobriety Program no show Thursday at 8:00 a.m.

A Third Street caller Friday at 12:14 a.m. requested to speak to an officer regarding questions about threatening messages.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Daniel Jacob Ochoa, 29, of Box Elder was arrested on Justice or City court warrants after a caller at U.S. Highway 2 business reported a male with a warrant Wednesday at 4:23 p.m.

Wednesday at 4:47 p.m. a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 northeast reported a vehicle vs. deer vehicle accident.

--

A caller on U.S. Highway 87 reported Wednesday at 11:17 p.m. that a vehicle tried to race them and tried running them off the road.

An arrest was made after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported trespassing incident Thursday at 12:21 p.m. No further information was available on the arrest.

Danae Infante, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on the charge of shoplifting after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reporting a shoplifter at 2:17 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held a short-haired cat, two medium-hair cats, one long-hair cat and one 9-month-old medium-hair kitten all of unknown gender; one short-hair female cat, one medium-hair male cat and two long-hair female cat.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 22-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female pit bull terrier American bulldog 26-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 6-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
