Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 9:09 a.m. to report vandalism.

Officers assisting probation and parole Monday at 11:28 a.m. made three arrests, but no details on the charges were provided.

Jephrey Joseph Julian of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and probation violation after two callers on Boulevard Avenue reported a fight at 7:38 p.m. Monday.

Jacqueline Ray Matte of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on charges of open container in a vehicle on the highway and driving without a driver's license after a caller on Wilson Avenue reported a domestic disturbance at 1:53 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Mary Watson Morsette of Box Elder, 54, was arrested on a theft charge and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Marla Louise Boe of Box Elder, 59, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter at 11:43 a.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held two medium-hair cats, one short hair cat and one long-hair cat all of unknown gender; one short-hair female cat and one long-hair female cat; and four 8-week-old kittens were being fostered until adoption.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever 22-week-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy, a male Labrador retriever-border collie 26-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy and a female Australian shepherd-German shepherd dog.
