Pints for Paws set for Friday

The Havre Dog Park Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization developed by local dog owners to help establish, run and maintain a dog park in Havre is holding a fundraising event Friday from 4 to 9 p.m. at the Old Station Brewing Co.

The Old Station Brewing Co. is hosting Pints for Paws in benefit of Havre Dog Park Club in efforts to raise money toward the construction and maintenance of the dog park in Havre.

For every pint ordered, $1 will go toward HDPC and the amount donated will be matched by Bergren Transmission and Auto Care.

Havre Dog Park Club will be attending as a group at 6 p.m. so people can come out and say hello. The club will hold a 50/50 raffle along with a raffle for other prizes donated by various local merchants.

The club holds monthly meetings every third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at the District 4 Human Resources Development Center building at 2229 Fifth Ave..

The club is always looking for new dog lovers to join and help with various fundraisers. Membership is free. People can like the club on Facebook under Havre Dog Park Club or follow it on Instagram.
