Havre Police Department

A Second Street caller reported Thursday at 6:22 a.m. her vehicle was stolen.

A non-injury vehicle crash between a Chevrolet and a Ford was reported Thursday at 7:57 a.m. on First Street West.

--

Thursday at 10:34 a.m. a vehicle crash between a Ford and a garbage truck was reported on First Street.

--

Francisco Javier Cooke of Choteau, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a vehicle stop on 11th Street West Thursday at 7:06 p.m.

--

A tire was found in the middle of Fourth Street outside the police station Thursday at 7:20 p.m.

--

Jazmine Kiana Pewitt of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street at 8:47 p.m. Thursday.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller on Bullhook Road reported Thursday at 8:09 a.m. she was stuck in the middle of the road, and deputies made an arrest, but no charges were listed on the dispatch log. The jail roster lists the caller, Alaynna Dyanne Gray, as being held on $50,000 bond for charges of criminal endangerment, driving under the influence and driving without a driver's license.

Thursday at 10:35 a.m. a Havre caller reported an identity theft.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported shoplifters at 4:26 p.m. Thursday and two arrests were made, but no details on charges were listed.

Patrick Leroy Foster of Rudyard, 70, was issued a summons on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on Main Street South in Rudyard Thursday at 7:34 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The Havre shelter this morning held one medium-hair cat and two short-hair cats of unknown gender, and six 7-week-old kittens being fostered until ready for adoption. Another 15 cats and two kittens, all of unknown gender, were listed separately as being held in the shelter or at a volunteer shelter.

The Havre shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female mixed-breed dog, a male Labrador retriever dog, a female mixed-breed 9-month-old puppy and a female mixed-breed 11-month-old puppy.
