Chamber Super Certificate Giveaway underway

The Havre Area Chamber of Commerce’s Super Certificate Giveaway holiday event is underway, with entry forms at local locations and printed in the Havre Daily News through Wednesday, Nov. 21.

Drawings will take place at the Community Tree Lighting, Saturday, Nov. 24, in Town Square.

Havre merchants are participating in the holiday drawings for gift certificates and prizes worth more than $2,600. One winner will receive two round-trip tickets with Cape Air and gift certificates valued at approximately $600. The second winner will receive a $100 gift certificate from Triangle Mobile with other gift certificates valued at approximately $500. The third winner will receive a one-month membership to Down Under Fitness Center and gift certificates valued at approximately $500, and the fourth winner will receive an oil change from Bergren Transmission with gift certificates valued at approximately $400.

The Community Tree Lighting activities will start at the Town Square at 5 p.m.

Events held earlier in the day will include the Polar Plunge at 3:30 p.m., Cookies and Milk with Santa at 4:30 p.m. at the Eagles Club, Santa Run at 4:30 p.m. beginning at Norman’s Ranch and Sportswear and luminaries about town as a Close Up fundraiser.

• The drawing will take place at the Community Tree Lighting, Saturday, Nov. 24.

The Tree Lighting activities will start at the Town Square at 5 p.m.

• Holiday shoppers will be able to leave their completed registration forms during regular business hours at Holiday Village Mall, Atrium Mall, the Havre Daily News and the Chamber office. Registration forms will be printed in the Havre Daily News each day of publication through Wednesday, Nov. 21

• Just fill out a registration form from the Havre Daily News and drop it at one of the four locations noted.

• No purchase is necessary. No photocopies of registration forms will be accepted.

• Registration slips will be collected at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 23. in order to get all slips collected and into the “BIG Christmas Bag” for the drawing.

• No gift certificates can be redeemed for cash.

• Winners must be present to win. If the name drawn is not present, another name will be drawn until a winner is present.
