Quick Pics: Halloween on the Hi-Line

Above: Trick-or-treaters make the rounds at the Holiday Village Mall in Havre Wednesday. While some areas saw few children in costume going door-to-door in Havre, many businesses and organizations held events or passed out treats to local children. Some of the other locations were for Trunk-or-Treat events, including at District 4 Human Resources Development Council, and handing out treats at Northern Montana Long Term Care, Havre-Hill County Library, Walmart and Eagles Manor.
