Two summonses were issued after a First Street West business caller reported Wednesday at 9:15 a.m. the theft of two beers. The two were arrested later after a caller at the same business reported at 2:24 p.m. the same man tried to steal beer again. No details were given on the arrests.

Desirea Lee Writingbird of Rocky Boy, 38, was arrested on a charge of assault and on a Justice or City court warrant after an intoxicated and aggressive woman was reported Wednesday at 11:07 a.m. at the hospital.
