Quick Pics: Fall flocks flying

Geese fly over the Sands Waterfowl Production Area west of Havre. Along with migrating geese, fall is in the air with the forecast for Halloween calling for a high of 52 and a low of 33. Predicted hIghs for the next 10 days are mostly in the 40s, with a few highs in the 50s in the next few days and the high for a week from Friday forecast at 39. Lows are expected to drop below freezing starting this Friday with a prediction of 31, and dropping into the 20s next week with a chilly low of 19 forecast for a week from Thursday. No snow is in the forecast, although several days predict a chance of rain including showers turning to steady rain Friday.
