Havre High lists October students of the month

Havre High School has announced that sophomore Justin Rolf is one of the school's October students of the month.

The son of Wynne and Terri Rolf, he has one sibling, Heather, 16.

Justin is planning on joining SkillsUSA and is also a part of the local traveling soccer team. His hobbies include hunting with friends and family and fishing - both after and during school.

Justin was nominated by Tyler Kropf for working "diligently in both the classroom and in the shop environment." Kropf said he has been impressed by Justin's "organization and good work habits," adding that "with his work ethic, automotive or diesel technology could be a great future for Justin."

Justin's current plan for the future is to graduate high school.

Sierra Hofland, also a sophomore, is Havre High's other October student of the month.

The daughter of Justin Hofland and Anne-Marie Hale, Sierra has one older sibling, Ashely, 20.

Sierra enjoys farming and ranching and is interested in law enforcement. Her hobbies include helping on the farm/ranch, playing video games and hanging out with friends.

Sierra was nominated by Travis Aline for "simply bringing joy and enthusiasm to his classroom." He said Sierra is "willing to put her best effort forward" and is "well-liked by students and staff because she is resilient, caring and kind."

After graduating from high school, Sierra plans to join the U.S. Navy and then go to college and get a job.
