A Washington Avenue caller reported a stolen flag Friday at 8:49 a.m.

Mariah Paige Doney of Harlem, 26, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a disorderly conduct charge, after a caller on First Street Northeast reported a disturbance in the parking lot at 10:46 a.m. Friday.

An injured owl in the Seventh Avenue alley was reported Friday at 1:03 p.m.

Wesley Alan Main Jr. of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street West caller reported Friday at 2:10 p.m. someone had stolen two 24-packs.

A 14th Avenue caller reported a broken-in door at 2:24 p.m. Friday.

Officers assisted another agency Friday at 2:42 p.m. on a possible assault in the Havre area.

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Friday at 5:26 p.m. possibly finding his second stolen lawn decoration.

A Havre area caller reported stolen license plates Friday at 5:58 p.m.

Everett Dale Windyboy of Havre, 65, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a caller at a Second Street West business asked officers Friday at 6:24 p.m. to check on a man lying in the parking lot.

A 7:01 p.m. Friday caller on Sixth Street reported stolen medication.

A dead deer in the middle of U.S. Highway 2 East was reported Friday at 7:58 p.m.

Connor David Crawford of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest, and Brauk Irvin Wood of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Sixth Street caller reported a pot odor coming from an apartment Friday at 9:43 p.m.

A vehicle accident was reported at Sixth Avenue and 10th Street Saturday at 3:34 p.m.

Officers were asked Saturday at 5:01 p.m. to assist deputies looking for a vehicle in Havre.

A Third Street caller reported a stolen vehicle Saturday at midnight.

Robert Henry Stump III of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a probation violation charge after a caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported a man was asleep at a poker machine Sunday at 12:29 a.m.

Keenan Lewis Doney of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief, trespass to property and violation of conditions of release after a First Street caller reported at 2:29 a.m. Sunday the door was kicked in on his residence.

--

Officers investigated a 911 call with women screaming on the other end, Sunday at 2:34 a.m.

--

Marvin Daniel Flying of Havre, 52, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property at the police station Sunday at 3:59 a.m.

--

Jeremy Owen Walker of Hays, 32, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a woman reported a disturbance on Third Street at 7:39 a.m. Sunday.

A car was reported stolen in the Havre area Sunday at 12:01 p.m.

--

A 17th Street West caller reported at 2:57 p.m. Sunday a dog was taken.

--

Someone stopped at the police station to speak with officers Sunday at 6:33 p.m. about their parenting plan.

James Dean Keller of Havre, 57, was arrested at the police station Sunday at 7:50 p.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A dead deer in the middle of U.S. Highway 2 East was reported Friday at 7:59 p.m.

--

Friday at 11:05 p.m. at a Box Elder establishment, a vehicle was reported stolen.

--

David Richard Place of Rudyard, 50, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and two counts of violation of a no contact order after a complaint was called in from Rudyard Saturday at 1:18 p.m.

--

Kevin Craig Haas or Rudyard, 38, was arrested on a charge of aggravated driving under the influence after a deputy initiated investigation of suspicious activity in the alley between First and Second streets Northeast in Rudyard Saturday at 9:48 p.m.

--

An arrest was made while deputies assisted Rocky Boy Police Department Sunday at 1:51 a.m. on Road 100 South.

--

An antelope left dead from a bullet wound was referred to another agency Sunday at 11:24 a.m.

--

A non-injury vehicle crash reported Sunday at 12:19 p.m. on Fourth Street North was referred to another agency.

--

William Arnold Miller or Havre, 32, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a woman on U.S. Highway 2 East reported a domestic disturbance at 8:35 p.m. Sunday.

--

A vehicle versus deer crash reported on Wildhorse Road Sunday at 9:49 p.m. was referred to Montana Highway Patrol.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, four calls Saturday and three calls Sunday.

Firefighters provided assistance on a medical call to a vehicle crash on the 1000 Block of Sixth Avenue Saturday at 3:36 p.m.

--

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas smell on the 1400 Block of Second Street West Saturday at 5:46 p.m. No odor was detected, so NorthWestern Energy crews were called in, but they didn't detect an odor either.

--

A structure fire was reported at 4:07 p.m. Sunday on the 700 Block of Sixth Street North. Firefighters saw smoke and flames coming from a walk-through door on the back side of a garage and using 200 feet of pre-connect line quickly put the fire out. HFD personnel estimated at total of $70,000 damage with $50,000 of that contents of the garage.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one Himalayan, one long-hair, five medium-hair and three short-hair cats and a short-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male and a female 9-month-old short-hair kittens and a female medium-hair cat, as well as six 4-week-old kittens being fostered until ready for adoption.

The shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd dog, a male shepherd 22-week-old puppy, a female German shepherd-Bernese mountain dog 7-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd dog.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2018, to Taylor Faulkinberry-Richardson and Austin Richardson of Harlem.

A boy was born Friday, Oct. 19, 2018, to Lexi L. and Forest R. Letang of Havre.
