Havre Police Department

Wesley Alan Main Jr. of Harlem, 33, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a Sixth Avenue caller a suspicious male Thursday at 2:06 p.m.

A Boulevard Avenue caller reported vandalism Thursday at 4:08 p.m.

--

A Fifth Avenue caller reported Thursday at 5:34 p.m. stolen lawn ornaments.

--

Thursday at 7:39 p.m. a Sixth Street caller said they would like to speak with an officer about a complaint.

Holly Marie Dorcheus of Havre, 33, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 10:57 p.m. after an officer served the warrants at a First Street business.

Two arrests were made during a vehicle stop on 10th Street at 2:04 this morning. Nicholas Christopher Stump of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Emanuel D. Sanchez of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Justin James Martin of Havre, 40, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked license and operating a vehicle without valid registration during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 Thursday at 11:03 a.m.

A Ninth Avenue caller reported a complaint Thursday at 9:12 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters responded to a report of an oven fire on the 1000 Block of First Street Thursday at 9:21 a.m. No smoke was detected from the outside of the building but inside a haze of white smoke was detected. Firefighters determined that there was a malfunctioning gas switch and shut off the gas to the appliance.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one Himalayan, one long-hair, five medium-hair and two short-hair cats and a short-hair 6-month-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male and a female 9-month-old short-hair kittens, a female medium-hair cat and a 7-month-old male medium-hair kitten, as well as six 4-week-old kittens being fostered until ready for adoption.

The shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd dog, a male shepherd 22-week-old puppy, a female German shepherd dog-Bernese mountain dog 7-weeks-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male border collie-Chihuahua 17-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd dog, as well as three puppies: two male mixed-breed 9-week-old puppies and a male pit bull terrier cross 9-week-old puppy.
