Terry Ceynar clears branches Monday from trees that can interfere with power lines. Ceynar works for the Davey Tree Expert Company, which has been contracted by NorthWestern Energy to do work throughout Havre. This crew averages about 20 addresses per day, and plans to be working for quite a while.
