A caller at a First Street West business reported a stolen wagon wheel Monday at 5:14 p.m.

Sade Rochelle Stearns of Harlem, 21, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and Benjamin James Kaval of Havre, 28, was arrested on a probation violation charge, after a caller at a First Street business reported a disruptive woman at 3:48 a.m. today.
