Havre Police Department

An 11th Street caller asked Wednesday at 8:17 a.m. to speak with an officer about suspicious activity.

A caller in the Third Avenue alley reported a vehicle crash Wednesday at 9:49 a.m.

--

Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. a caller reported a vehicle fender bender in a First Street parking lot.

--

Officers were asked Wednesday at 12:52 p.m. to give assistance to someone on Second Street.

--

A caller on 19th Street asked for assistance Wednesday at 7:50 p.m. for help in removing a child.

--

Steven Allen Stanley of Box Elder, 43, was arrested on charges shoplifting and trespass to property, after a caller at a First Street West business reported at 1:33 a.m. today an intoxicated man was trying to steal items from the business.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Dakota Blackelk Houle of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.

Seneca Lerae Tyner of Rocky Boy, 40, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and on charges of theft and trespass to property Wednesday at 6:34 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Firefighters were called to a gas spill on the 200 Block of First Street West at 9:56 a.m. Wednesday, but the spill was minor and employees of the business cleaned up the gas with absorbent materials.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held two medium-hair, a Himalayan and one long-hair cats and a short-hair 26-week-old kitten all of unknown gender, a male and a female 9-month-old short-hair kitten, a female medium-hair cat, a male 18-week-old medium-hair kitten and a 7-month-old male medium-hair kitten.

The shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd dog, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a male border collie-Chihuahua 15-week-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd dog, as well as four puppies: three male mixed-breed 8-week-old puppies and a male pit bull terrier cross 8-week-old puppy.
