Havre Police Department

Geno Valdez Menard of Havre, 21, was issued a summons at 1:20 p.m. Thursday on a charge of criminal contempt in relation to a drug patch violation.

An arrest was made after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported a disturbance at 5:45 a.m. today. No further details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Tracey Nichole Toderoff of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 12:38 p.m. Thursday on 24th Avenue East.

Donald Lawrence Lohman of Havre, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants at a Fifth Avenue business Thursday at 3:21 p.m.

An arrest was made during a vehicle stop on Main Street at 12:17 a.m. today, but no further details were provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call early this morning, and firefighters responded to a report of a gas smell on 34th Avenue West overnight, but no leak was found.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 26-week-old kitten, two medium-hair cats and a Himalayan cat of unknown gender, an 8-month-old male short-hair kitten, a female 11-week-old medium-hair kitten, two female medium-hair cats, two 17-week-old male medium-hair kittens, a male short-hair cat and a 7-month-old male medium-hair kitten.

The shelter this morning also held a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-border collie dog, a male German shepherd dog, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd dog, a female terrier 9-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 8-month-old puppy, a female mixed-breed 10-month-old puppy, and a female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd dog, along with four puppies: three male 7-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a 7-week-old male pit bull terrier cross.

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2018, to LaTawna Carrywater and David Healy Jr. of Havre.
