Havre Police Department

Joshua Kay Blatter of Havre, 28, was arrested at the police station Tuesday at 8:04 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Brooke Dawn White Mountain of Havre, 42, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a caller at a First Street West business asked to talked to an officer about some property Tuesday at 12:46 p.m.

Someone stopped at the police station Tuesday at 3:26 p.m. to turn in a black and white wallet and a set of keys.

Claudine Chiefstick of Dodson, 54, and Robert Henry Stump III of Box Elder, 32, were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller on 10th Avenue reported a woman on their property again Tuesday at 6:16 p.m.

A caller at a First Street establishment reported at 12:38 a.m. today that a bike had been stolen within the past hour.

Heather Lena Marie Lamere of Havre, 24, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Havre area caller asked for assistance for an intoxicated woman at 4:45 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Daeton Keeler of Havre, 19, was arrested on a theft charge after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported an employee theft Tuesday at 8:19 a.m.

A caller on Wildhorse Road reported a check fraud at 10:04 a.m. Tuesday.

--

A Rudyard area caller asked Tuesday at 10:13 a.m. to speak with an officer about an incident in the 1970s.

Rogerina Emma Sutherland of Box Elder, 36, was arrested at the detention center Tuesday at 2:18 p.m. on a state District Court warrant.

Deputies served warrants at the detention center Tuesday at 4:41 p.m. and 5:05 p.m., but no details were provided.

A caller at a North Havre establishment asked for assistance Tuesday at 11:13 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to a call early this morning.

Firefighters responded to a call at 7:59 p.m. Tuesday on the 3100 Block of Ninth Street East, but no one was made available to provide details by print deadline.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held a 26-week-old kitten, two medium-hair cats and a Himalayan cat of unknown gender, an 8-month-old male short-hair kitten, a female 11-week-old medium-hair kitten, two female medium-hair cats, two 17-week-old male medium-hair kittens, a male short-hair cat and a 7-month-old male medium-hair kitten.

The shelter this morning also held a male German shepherd, a female pit bull-terrier-German shepherd cross, a 9-month-old female terrier, an 8-month-old female mixed-breed, a 10-month-old female mixed-breed, a 10-month-old female mountain cur and two female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd crosses, along with seven puppies not yet available for adoption: five male and one female 6-week-old mixed-breed puppies and a 6-week-old male pit bull terrier cross.

Births

A girl was born Monday, Oct. 1, 2018, to Brooke and Wesley Adams of Havre.
