Havre Police Department

A caller at the Havre Animal Shelter reported a stolen dog Monday at 8:12 a.m.

Monday at 10:30 a.m. a caller at a First Street West business reported a theft.

A caller at the Child Abuse Hotline reported a case of possible child abuse Monday at 12:01 p.m.

--

Monday at 6:48 p.m. a First Street West caller reported a hit and run accident with a silver vehicle going west bound on First Street.

--

Chase Erik Schmautz of Box Elder, 22, was arrested Monday at 7:52 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center on a Justice or City court warrant.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Casey Gerald Dupris of Box Elder, 46, was arrested at the Hill County Detention Center Monday at 3:24 p.m. on a Justice or City court warrant.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and one call this morning.

Havre Animal Shelter

The shelter this morning held one male and one female 10-week-old medium-hair kittens, two 16-week-old male medium-hair kittens, a 2-year-1-month-old female medium-hair cat and a 2-year-old male short-hair cat.

The shelter this morning also held five male and one female 5-week-old mixed-breed puppies, a 5-week-old male pit bull terrier cross puppy, a female 10-week-old terrier puppy, one male and one female 16-week-old German shepherd-Rottweiler cross puppies, a male 1-year-7-month-old German shepherd, a female 2-year-2-month-old pit bull-terrier-German shepherd cross dog, a male 2-year-1-month-old Pekingese-Dachshund cross dog, a female 8-month-old terrier puppy, a 7-month-old mixed-breed puppy, a 9-month-old female mixed-breed puppy and a 1-year-11-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross dog.
