Trump and Rosendale are right for Montana

Today, President Donald J. Trump will make his third visit to Montana to advocate for conservative leadership and the successes that come with it — namely, more jobs and higher wages. President Trump understands that we need a leader who will represent Montanan values: integrity, hard work, and the pursuit of the American Dream. We’re currently benefiting from a booming economy that has impacted all of our businesses and a Republican-led Congress that is proud to protect the freedoms and values that Jon Tester has forgotten about.

Our state is home to ranchers, entrepreneurs and hardworking Americans of all backgrounds who have benefited from the policies and promises kept by President Trump and Conservative leadership in Congress. We must not be complacent this upcoming election and elect Matt Rosendale to fight for President Trump’s winning agenda.

It has been the normal course of history for the governing party to lose its majority during midterm elections. Democrats and pundits have been quick to seize on this historical pattern in order to predict a coming “Blue Wave.”

However, Montanans see right through Jon Tester as he continues to be influenced by out of state policymakers and national news networks. Jon Tester voted against the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, voted for sanctuary cities and voted for Obamacare because his priorities are misplaced. The tax reform bill added thousands of jobs across the state and gave employees that work for companies like Costco, AT&T and CVS increases in their wages. Jon Tester was too focused on what CNN and Senate Democrats had to say instead his neighbors in the Treasure State. We Montanans are proud of the gains President Trump has made and believe the momentum is in our favor.

The Senate race between the Republican candidate Matt Rosendale and Democrat Jon Tester has become one of the most targeted in the country. This is because Washington Democrats understand how much the policies and decisions of the Trump Administration have benefited our state and realize that Jon Tester has lost the support of everyday Montanans.

The majority of our state wants to see Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh confirmed and Jon Tester was dishonest when it came to his alleged meeting with the White House, Montanans deserve better that that. President Trump knows Matt Rosendale is a proven and effective leader that will represent all Montanans with integrity. It is this type of national action that will lead to local victories in a state that nationally ranks in the top half of fiscal stability and quality of life.

Our state is 559 miles from East to West and 321 miles from North to South. The Republican Party and the Trump Administration is proud to support policies that help Montanans from every corner of our great state. It is now up to all of us Montanans to help the Republican Party defy history once again by coming together to support our candidates this midterm election.
