Sharon N. (LaMere) Watson, 75, passed away at her residence due to natural causes on Tuesday, September 4, 2018.
Wake services began at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2018, and continuee until her funeral service which was at 10:00 a.m. today, Thursday, September 6, 2018, all at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in the Watson Family Cemetery.

Sharon was born on September 9, 1942, in Fort Belknap to David and Eunice (Mitchell) LaMere Jr. She was raised in Rocky Boy and Great Falls, attending schools in both cities. After graduation, she attended Northern Montana College, where she was majoring in education. On February 5, 1960, she married Ervin Watson in Rocky Boy, and the couple made their home and raised their five children there. Sharon loved children, and she expressed that love working at the Rocky Boy schools and the Rocky Boy Chemical Dependency Center.
Sharon loved traveling, coloring, watching her cooking shows, crossword puzzles, and playing the machines. Her favorite pastime was spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents David and Eunice LaMere Jr .; brothers Kenny and Jack LaMere; and sister Norma Plascencia.
Sharon is survived by Ervin Watson, her husband of 58 years; daughters Lisa (Gordon) Watson-Whitford and Renita (Mervin Whitford) Watson; sons E. Kenny (Tracey) Watson, Eric C. Watson and Darrel (Mellody) Watson Sr .; 20 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren, with two on the way; sister Renee LaMere-Denny; brother Gary LaMere Sr .; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
