Havre Police Department

Wednesday at 11:23 a.m. a caller at Fourth Avenue and Seventh Street reported that a car was keyed.

Someone on First Street reported a possible drug sale Wednesday at 12:12 p.m.

--

A caller from a First Street business reported Wednesday at 2:43 p.m. that a vehicle had struck a building then fled the scene.

--

A Seventh Street caller reported Wednesday at 2:52 p.m. that a car key with a fob was found.

--

An arrest was made after an officer had stopped on Sixth Avenue Wednesday at 4:50 p.m. to investigate suspicious activity, but no details were given on the charges.

Kevin Russell Bigby of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of a probation violation and Lisa Marie Latray-Bigby of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, on Fourth Street while officers were assisting drug court personnel Wednesday at 7:35 p.m.

Louis Joseph Morsette Jr. of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of obstruction of a peace officer or other public servant and minor in possession and on a Justice or City court warrant after a disturbance was reported by a 10th Street West caller Wednesday at 11:28 p.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Hill County Sheriff's Office dispatch log showed no arrests or investigations between Wednesday morning and this morning.

Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-7-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-1-month-old male Pekingese-dachshund cross and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also had five 13-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.
