Marita Lee Bear of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of failing to yield right of way at a stop sign and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Rikki Elizabeth Rodriguez of Billings, 28, was issued a summons on charges of no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without valid registration, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 8:06 a.m.
