Havre Police Department

Marita Lee Bear of Havre, 37, was arrested on charges of failing to yield right of way at a stop sign and driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and Rikki Elizabeth Rodriguez of Billings, 28, was issued a summons on charges of no vehicle insurance and operating a vehicle without valid registration, during a vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Tuesday at 8:06 a.m.

Tuesday at 12:33 p.m., a 10th Street West caller reported a theft from a vehicle.

Jordan Miles Hobson of Havre, 26, was arrested on a Justice of City court warrant during a vehicle stop on Third Street Tuesday at 3:18 p.m.

A caller reported a two-vehicle noninjury accident Tuesday at 5:10 p.m.

A burglary was reported Tuesday at 6:59 p.m. by a Second Street caller.

Officers issued a summons after a caller at a First Street business requested assistance Tuesday at 7:06 p.m. No details on the charges was provided.

A caller reported suspicious activity at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday on Fifth Street.

Scott Earl Smith of Havre, 37, was arrested on a probation violation charge after an officer stopped Tuesday at 9 p.m. to provide someone assistance.

Paul Vincent Elston of Havre, 29, was arrested on a charge of partner of family member assault after a Ninth Avenue caller at 11:16 p.m. Tuesday reported a domestic disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Randy Jay Chandler of Rocky Boy, 31, and Erin George Nault of Rocky Boy, 26, were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported shoplifters Tuesday at 9:57 a.m.

A caller on 40th Avenue Southeast reported a disturbance at 2:24 p.m. Tuesday.

Havre Fire Department

Havre Fire Department received no calls overnight.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-7-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-1-month-old male Pekingese-dachshund cross and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also had five 13-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.
