A Second Street caller reported Saturday at 3:30 p.m. people had been partying through the night and one partier was passed out on the ground, and officers found Windyboy passed out at 3:47 p.m. passed out in the Second Street alley.

Kim Alan Ironbear of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and "other," after an officer reported at 4:19 p.m. Saturday he would be out with a man urinating in the Third Street alley.

Kenny Anton Anderson of Havre, 52, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance, open container violation, careless driving, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence and resisting arrest, after a caller reported Saturday at 6:16 p.m. a man who had just pulled into a First Street business had been speeding through a residential area.

Fire Department
Emergency personnel responded to two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and four calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire Saturday at 2:33 p.m. on the 900 Block of Third Avenue, fire was extinguished before firefighters arrived on the scene, but they double-checked the vehicle before leaving the scene.

Firefighters responded to a call Sunday at 3:20 p.m. on the 600 Block of Main Street. Someone reported a gas odor from the boiler at a BNSF Railway office. Firefighters found no leak but NorthWestern Energy was called to the scene to confirm.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-7-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-1-month-old male Pekingese-dachshund cross, a female 7-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also had five 13-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.
