It’s time once again to start thinking about attending the Governor’s Conference on Aging. Rock your age. It will be held at the Radisson Colonial Hotel in Helena Sept. 25-27. If you are interested in attending, you can pick up a registration form at Senior Center. There is also information on our keynote speakers, conference themes and on the Governor’s Centenarian Banquet.
Tip of the day: We’ll drink to that! Now that it is so hot, we should all keep water in our fridge. And we should drink water instead of all the sugary drinks. It is a much healthier choice and tastes great.
What should you do if someone calls and asks for your information, for money, or threatens to cancel your health benefits if you don’t share your personal information? Hang up! It’s a scam. Scam artists may try to steal your personal information by calling you and asking for your current Medicare Number to get your new Medicare card.
Enjoy our summer weather while we have it. Hope to see you at the center this week.
