1. Ratification of AFSCME Local No. 336 Public Works Unit contract.

2. Acceptance of the Board of Crime Control grant in the Amount of $246,202.50 for funding of the Tri-Agency Task Force.

3. Request from Beta Sigma Phi–XI-TAW Chapter for street closure on Second Avenue. between First and Second streets for a street dance Sept. 22 from 8 p.m. to midnight.

4. Approval of August claims and manual warrants.

5. Open Public Hearing on Fiscal Year 2019 Budget

The Havre City Council Finance Committee will meet Tuesday at 5 p.m. in City Hall.

Federal Bureau of Reclamation will hold an update meeting on the St. Mary’s Diversion/St. Mary’s Rehabilitation Working Group 5:30 p.m. in City Hall.

Next meeting is reconvening the meeting Wednesday at 6 p.m.
