Keiffert T. Nordgulen was sentenced in state District Court in Havre to time served on a reduced charge under a plea agreement.

Nordgulen was arrested after officers responded to a rollover crash Oct. 24, 2015.

He told investigating officers he was a passenger in the car.

Others in the vehicle said he was the driver. One of the passengers who was transported to the local hospital was flown to Great Falls for treatment.

Officers arrested Nordgulen on a felony charge of criminal endangerment and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants, first offense, and making false reports to law enforcement.

In October, Nordgulen pleaded guilty in a plea agreement to an amended charge of negligent endangerment, a misdemeanor.

In March, he was sentenced to one year in jail with all but one day suspended and credit for time served and ordered to write a letter of apology.
