Havre Police Department

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest reported a parenting plan issue Monday at 6:17 a.m.

Lance Udell Stump of Havre, 31, was issued a summons at the police station Monday at 8:09 a.m. on a charge of criminal contempt related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show.

Michael Delnigro of Havre, 48, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant on Second Street West Monday at 9:44 a.m.

--

Amber Victoria Standingrock of Havre, 21, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served Monday at 3:04 p.m. on 10th Street West.

--

Someone stopped at the police station Monday at 3:11 p.m. and asked to speak with an officer about a fraud incident.

--

A Monday 4:45 p.m. caller from 9th Avenue Northwest asked to speak with an officer about filing a missing person report.

--

A two-vehicle crash was reported at 4th Street and 7th Avenue Monday at 5:35 p.m.

Mavis Kaycee Reddoor of Box Elder, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 8:01 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

An arrest was made on a warrant served on Second Street West Monday at 11:10 a.m.

Deputies serving warrants at the detention center Monday at 4:32 p.m. made three arrests.

--

Terrance Cole Molina of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 8 p.m. at the detention center.

Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in an apartment building on the 800 Block of Fourth Street Monday at 8:14 a.m. The alarm was set off by burning toast.

Firefighters responded Monday at 1:20 p.m. to a report of a power line down at the intersection of Sixth Street and Fifth Avenue. The fire crew blocked off Sixth Street and waited until NorthWestern Energy responded.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair female cat and one short-hair female cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1-month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 1-year-old male border collie and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 12-week-old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.

Births

A girl was born Monday, Aug. 27, 2018, to Monique Doney and Hal Robert Cochran of Harlem.
