Havre Police Department

A caller at UPS reported Wednesday at 11:22 a.m. intercepting a package that is drug related.

An arrest was made related to a request from First Avenue Northeast Wednesday 12:26 p.m. for a well-being check. No details on the charges were provided.

An arrest was made after a 1:46 p.m. Wednesday request from Probation and Parole for a transport related to a violation of conditions of release. No details on the charges were provided.

Michael Delnigro of Havre, 48, was issued a summons on charges of violation of a protective order and violation of a no contact order, after a caller at a Third Avenue establishment reported a possible violation of a temporary restraining order Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.

Lorenzo Rodriguez of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of partner or family member assault, reasonable apprehension, after a 10th Street West caller reported today at 12:31 a.m. a domestic disturbance.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responded to a 10:57 a.m. Wednesday request for assistance on Ninth Street West.

A caller on County Road 451 Southeast reported stolen items at 1:57 p.m. Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday, and firefighters responded to a report of a gas smell on the 1000 Block of Washington Ave, but no gas odor was detected in the area.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one long-hair cat, four medium-hair cats, one short-hair cat and seven kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair male cat, one female medium-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1 month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 1-year-old male border collie and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 11-week old Rottweiler-Shepherd cross puppies.
