Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a Tuesday 10:38 a.m. complaint from a First Street West caller of restraining order violation.

Natasha Rose Lohman of Havre, 27, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller at a First Street business reported an unsupervised child at 12:04 p.m. Tuesday.

A Seventh Avenue caller reported an abandoned bike at 2:04 p.m. Tuesday.

--

A caller on First Street asked for help with her daughter Tuesday at 5:39 p.m. The caller later reported the girl returned home.

--

An arrested was made after a Second Street caller reported a disturbance Tuesday at 6:50 p.m., but no details about charges were provided.

A caller asked for assistance at a Ninth Avenue business Tuesday at 10:01 p.m.

Joe William Skidmore of Havre, 37, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, during a vehicle stop on First Street at 2:02 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Jairone Michael Parisian of Box Elder, 19, was arrested on charges of assault, possession of dangerous drugs and disorderly conduct and on two Justice or City court warrants, and a 15-year-old from Box Elder, a 15-year-old from Rocky Boy and a 14-year-old from Box Elder were each issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported a man with a head injury Tuesday at 10:05 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one long-hair cat, two medium-hair cats and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair male cat, one female medium-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1 month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one male and one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler crosses, a 1-year-old border collie and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 11-week old Rottweiler-Shepherd cross puppies.
