Hill County Sheriff's Office
Janelle Arlene Clausen of Great Falls, 35, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 4:39 p.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies were called to investigate suspicious activity at an area cabin Saturday at 9:10 a.m.
Havre Fire Department
Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, four Saturday, three Sunday and one this morning.

Firefighters responded to a 10:11 a.m. call Friday on the 900 Block of Kennedy Avenue about power lines being down. The lines turned out to be telephone lines, and the fire department called the appropriate company.

Firefighters also responded to a 1:21 p.m. call Sunday about a gas line being hit on the 400 Block of Fourth Street. NorthWestern Energy crews were called for repairs and firefighters remained on standby until the problem was resolved.
Havre Animal Shelter
This morning the shelter held one long-hair, two medium-hair cats and six medium-hair kittens with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair male cat, one female medium-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1 month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one male and one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue heeler crosses, a 1-year-old male border collie, a 4-year-old mixed breed with gender listed as "unknown," and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue heeler-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 11-week old Rottweiler-Shepherd cross puppies.
