A summons was issued after a 10th Street West caller reported Thursday at 11:25 a.m. children had been left alone.

A city parks employee reported Thursday at 12:28 p.m. having found an item of someone's property in Deaconess Park.

Thomas James Jones of Lewistown, 33, and Jessica Ann Eder of Wolf Point, 36, were each arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a complaint was called in Thursday at 1:26 p.m. from Pepin Park.

Michelle Elaine Healy of Harlem, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and Thomas Kipp Jones of Harlem, 39, was arrested on two state District Court warrants and charges of probation violation, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and resisting arrest, while an officer was checking a vehicle on First Street Thursday at 2:28 p.m.

A caller at a First Street business reported a theft of gasoline Thursday at 5:39 p.m.

Brittney Lee Garrison of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of minor in possession and selling or providing alcohol to a person under age 21, after a caller at a First Street business reported at 7:44 p.m. Thursday a woman was trying to use a fake ID for a beer purchase.

Forrest Rainspirit Doney of Hays, 23, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, after a Second Avenue caller reported at 12:25 a.m. today a suspicious man in the alley.

Officers investigated suspicious activity after Hill County sheriff's deputies reported at 3:04 a.m. today a vehicle that had been gone through at Fifth Street and First Avenue.

Rico Denny of Box Elder, 41, was arrested on two state District Court warrants at Hill County Detention Center Thursday at 2:06 p.m.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center Thursday at 2:07 p.m.

Marvin Lee Cure of Box Elder, 40, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Thursday at 3:42 p.m.

Joanna Peggy Kleiter of Cypress County, Alberta, 49, was issued a summons on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia at the Port of Wild Horse Thursday at 6:17 p.m.

--

A 6:38 p.m. Thursday caller on First Avenue Northwest in Rudyard asked to speak with a deputy.

--

Richard Joel Meyers of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after a caller at a Box Elder establishment Thursday at 8:47 p.m. reported a man with a gun.

Havre Fire Department

Firefighters responded to a 1:36 p.m. call on U.S. Highway 87 about a car fire. The request for assistance was canceled en route after the callers reported they had put the fire out.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one long-hair and two medium-hair cats with gender listed as "unknown," one medium-hair male cat, one female medium-hair cat and one female short-hair cat.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-1 month-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, one male and one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue healer crosses, a 1-year-old male border collie and a 1-year-10-month-old female Australian cattle dog-blue healer-German shepherd cross. The shelter also has five 10-week old Rottweiler-Shepherd cross puppies.
