Havre Police Department

Jaime Dawn The Boy of Havre, 42, was issued a summons at the police station Wednesday at 7:08 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Larae Danita Hughes of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of resisting arrest during a vehicle stop on Fourth Avenue at 2:21 p.m. Wednesday.

Kayla Lucille Hawley of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on 10th Street West asked to have a woman removed from her apartment Wednesday at 2:58 p.m.

A caller at Northern Montana Hospital reported Wednesday at 8:17 p.m. a dog bite victim.

--

A hit-and-run crash was reported at a First Street establishment at 2:20 this morning.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller reported a lost license plate Wednesday at 8:16 a.m.

A vicious dog was reported by a Fourth Street West caller Wednesday at 10:42 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday, and firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak on the 400 Block of Fourth Avenue Wednesday at 9:36 p.m.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair male cat, two medium-hair female cats and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 1-year-6-month-old male German shepherd, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 2-year-old male Pekingese-dachshund, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever, one male and one female 6-month-old Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue healer crosses, a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever and a 1-year-9-month-old female Rottweiler-Australian cattle dog-blue healer cross. The shelter also has four 9-week-old and one 10-week old Rottweiler-shepherd cross puppies.
