Havre Police Department

A caller from a First Street organization asked officers Thursday at 9:22 a.m. to check on whether a bike that was donated is stolen.

Samuel Roastingstick of Box Elder, 48, was issued a summons on a charge of open container, after a caller at Fourth Avenue and Third Street reported an intoxicated man Thursday at 10:47 a.m.

Tesla Rose Hoops of Harlem, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and charges of driving without insurance, disorderly conduct and endangering the welfare of children, three counts, after an officer initiated investigation of suspicious activity on Second Street West Thursday at 11:37 a.m.

A caller on First Street reported issues with her husband Thursday at 1:50 p.m.

A 12th Avenue caller reported at 3:17 p.m. Thursday someone had shot out the window of his pickup truck.

A Second Street caller at 7:26 p.m. Thursday reported he returned home to find the doors to his house were open.

Alejandro Jose Isidor of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of minor in possession after a caller at Northern Montana Hospital reported an assault victim.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A First Street Southeast Box Elder caller reported at 8:16 a.m. Thursday that a man had broken into a vehicle and was sleeping inside. Investigating deputies referred the call to Rocky Boy Police Department.

A caller on U.S. Highway 2 reported Thursday at 2:04 p.m. finding a chicken with a screw through its lower beak.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Thursday.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.
