1. Resolution No. 3781 — A Resolution Authorizing the Finance Director to Cancel Warrants more than One Year Old.

2. Consider Request from the Heil Family to Close Third Street from Third to Fifth avenues and Fourth Avenue between Secend and Fourth streets Sept. 21 from 5 to 10 p.m. for Festival Days.

3. FAA Airport Grant offer

4. Approval of July claims and manual warrants.
