Havre Police Department

Michelle Rose Jiron of Havre, 27, was issued a summons Wednesday at 8:10 a.m. at the police station on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A two-vehicle crash between a Ford Bronco and a pickup truck was reported on First Street Wednesday at 9:16 a.m.

Jessica Ann Eder of Wolf Point, 36, was arrested on a charge of trespass to property after a Second Street caller reported a woman acting suspiciously Wednesday at 11:04 a.m.

A Wednesday 11:14 a.m. caller reported a green bike was left in her yard on Boulevard Avenue.

Hayley Lee Demontiney of Box Elder, 55, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct and on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller on Third Avenue reported Wednesday at 2:59 p.m. that a woman tried to hit her.

A theft, forgery or fraud was reported at at Montana Avenue business Wednesday at 4:35 p.m.

A Fourth Street caller reported Wednesday at 8:52 p.m. finding a BB hole in his window.

Dolan Weaver Tuss of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, open container violation, expired vehicle registration and failure to carry proof of vehicle insurance during a 12:14 a.m. vehicle stop today in the 800-Block alley, after someone at a First Street West business called in a related complaint at 12:12 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Wednesday at 3:26 p.m. an auger had been stolen.

A Rudyard caller on First Street Northeast reported Wednesday at 3:34 p.m. her house had been broken into sometime within the past few days.

--

A Wednesday 4:02 p.m. caller on County Road 20 South reported a burglary.

--

A Rudyard caller Wednesday at 8:14 p.m. reported a burglary.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Wednesday.

Firefighters responded to a report of a gas smell on the 200 Block of Third Street Wednesday at 4:52 p.m. The scene was turned over to NorthWestern Energy crews.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as "unknown," two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and two female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever, a 14-week-old male shepherd, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.
