A caller reported at 5:10 p.m. Monday her vehicle was hit in a Fourth Street parking lot and the other driver is unknown.

A First Street business caller reported Monday at 5:28 p.m. someone had put fish in their swamp coolers.

A dog bite was reported at 5:33 p.m. Monday at the hospital, but the victim said it was her dog and it was up-to-date on shots.

Someone stopped at the police station at 7:42 p.m. Monday to speak to an officer about a past incident.

Louis Duane Martin of Rushville, Nebraska, 48, on a charge of partner of family member assault after a caller at a First Street business reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 9:16 p.m.

An 11th Street West business caller at 12:03 a.m. today reported a theft.

A man was reported passed out in the Second Street alley at 12:25 a.m. today.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business asked at 9:38 a.m. Monday to speak with a deputy.

Kyle Andrew Surber of Havre, 29, was arrested on charges of burglary to a residence, unlawful restraint and tampering with a communication device after a caller on Seventh Street North reported a domestic disturbance Monday at 12:12 p.m.

A caller on First Street Northeast in Rudyard reported Monday at 2:17 p.m. a vandalism incident with 12 tires slashed on three vehicles and a combine gas line loosened.

Bryce Miller of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and “other” after a caller reported a domestic disturbance on U.S. Highway 2 East Monday at 4:53 p.m.

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday and two calls today.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and four female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, an 8-year-4-month-old male Labrador retriever, a 14-week-old male shepherd, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.
