Havre Police Department

Harry Bruno Azure of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of MIP, after a caller at Boulevard Avenue and 14th Street West reported Friday at 12:02 p.m. two drunk juveniles were walking north on Boulevard.

A Sixth Street caller reported Friday at 12:19 p.m. that a woman lied about having someone with her kids and she left them alone all night.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Friday at 12:40 that an officer from another state called and requested information and a report be filed for a theft suspect who was staying at the business when the crime occurred.

Someone from Child and Family Services stopped at the police station Friday at 1:06 p.m. asking to file a report with an officer.

A caller on 11th Street reported Friday at 1:18 p.m. his truck was possibly broken into because he was missing $200.

Anthony Azzio Moreni of Harlem, 24, was issued a summons on charges of failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failing to give notice of accident and failing to back safely, after a caller at a First Street West business reported Friday at 2:06 p.m. reported his vehicle was backed into by an unknown driver. The owner of the vehicle reported at 4 p.m. he found and was following on First Street the vehicle he believed hit his.

A 14th Avenue caller reported at the police station Friday at 3:16 p.m. someone has been shooting the side of her trailer with some kind of pellets.

Someone stopped at the police station at 4:25 p.m. Friday that she was missing her iPhone 6 with a pink case.

Someone stopped at the police station Saturday at 9:19 a.m. to report he had more information on the vandalism to his car.

A caller on Fourth Avenue reported Saturday at 1:05 p.m. two flower pots had been stolen.

Cassie Jean Denny of Box Elder, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a Grant Avenue caller reported suspicious activity at 8:29 p.m. Saturday.

A two vehicle, noninjury crash was reported Sunday at 12:16 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business.

A 13th Street caller asked Sunday at 1:40 p.m. for more patrols because his wife said she found two men in their carport going through things, but nothing was taken.

Sunday at 3:52 p.m. a caller on Ninth Avenue reported checking on a woman who had been sleeping in her vehicle and, after she took off but was driving dangerously, he followed her and wanted notify officers about her.

Jenell Rene Leo of Havre, 41, was arrested during a 9:47 p.m. Sunday vehicle stop on First Street on charges of failing to stop for a traffic control signal, driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and habitual traffic offender violations.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of MIP and 10 arrests were made after a Grant Avenue caller reported a noise complaint at 1:37 this morning. No information on the arrests was provided.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Mitchell Carl Grant of Hays, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting; Julia Rosa Morales of Harlem, 26, and Dane Ezekial Strike of Dodson, 21, were each issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and Mercedies L. Strike of Fort Belknap, 27, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and shoplifting, after a shoplifting incident was reported Friday at 5:23 p.m.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 87 business in Box Elder reported shoplifters Friday at 3:21 p.m.

Tyler James Hanley of Hays, 32, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after being transported from Blaine County to Hill County Detention Center Sunday at 1:57 a.m.

A caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Sunday at 8:29 p.m. a man parked in the same spot for days.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one call Saturday, four calls Sunday and one call this morning.

Firefighters were called to a gas leak on the 900 Block of Third Street Friday at 3:55 p.m. It was an extinguished pilot light and NorthWestern Energy personnel re-lit the flame.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held one medium-hair cat with sex listed as “unknown,” two medium-hair male cats, one medium-hair female cat and four female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, an 8-year-3-month-old male Labrador retriever, a 14-week-old male shepherd, 1-year-old female spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.
