Jesse Henderson of Box Elder, 53, was arrested on a charge of theft from building after a caller reported Friday at 9:55 a.m. from Third Street that someone had stolen her phone.

A Third Avenue caller reported at 12:52 p.m. Friday a black mongoose with white lettering was missing.

--

Ryan Steven Ferguson of Chinook, 28, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a probation and parole officer reported from the office Friday at 5:09 p.m. having found drugs in the bag of someone on probation.

Teshina Sayers of Havre, 22, was issued a summons during a vehicle stop on First Street at 6:30 p.m. Friday on charges of failing to give notice of accident, failing to remain at an accident, careless driving, driving without insurance and driving with expired plates.

Officers investigated two 24/7 Sobriety Program violations, at 7:19 p.m. and 8:03 p.m.

A lawnmower was reported stolen at 8:05 p.m. Friday on 13th Avenue.

Jeana Lucero Granados of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, aggravated driving under the influence, other traffic crime, failing to carry proof of insurance and driving with an open container on highway, during a vehicle stop on First Street Saturday at 1:25 a.m.

Nikolas John Keller of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of trespass to property and minor in possession following a report of a disturbance on McKinley Avenue Saturday at 1:43 a.m.

A caller at a First Street West business reported that people were shooting at a rabbit at 2:39 a.m. Saturday.

Joshua Michael Anthony Peterson of Havre, 18, and a 14-year-old were each issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a 3:17 a.m. Saturday report of a disturbance on 10th Street.

A vehicle burglary was reported at 4:18 a.m. Saturday on Second Street Northeast.

A 24/7 Sobriety Program no-show was reported at the police station Saturday at 8:23 a.m.

Kory Christopher Ross of Ulm, 33, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge related to a remote breathalyzer violation reported Saturday at 9:30 a.m.

Winston Curley Stewart of Havre, 33, was arrested on an aggravated DUI charge during a vehicle stop on Sixth Avenue Saturday at 2:07 p.m.

Sandra Lee Kendall of Hays, 55, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and speeding and Edgar Benjeamin Johnson Jr. of Hays, 50, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, during a vehicle stop on 13th Street at 2:56 p.m. Saturday.

Tyla Johnson of Harlem, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 4:07 p.m.

Marcus Truman Hoffman of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business reported at 4:42 p.m. Saturday a man had walked out of the store with merchandise about two hours earlier.

Officers investigated a Saturday 8:10 p.m. complaint at the police station related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

A 19th Avenue Northeast caller reported at 9:14 p.m. Saturday that someone had driven through his fence.

A caller at an 11th Street West business reported someone drove off with merchandise Sunday at 12:23 a.m.

Cole Jordon Monroe of Havre, 31, was arrested on a charge of probation violation during an officer-initiated check of a First Street establishment Sunday at 1:26 a.m.

A 12th Street caller reported a hit and run vehicle crash at 8:11 a.m. Sunday.

--

An officer made an investigation during a vehicle stop on Second Street Sunday at 1:38 p.m.

--

A caller reported a noninjury vehicle accident on Fifth Avenue Sunday at 6:45 p.m.

This morning at 2:48 a caller at First Street and Ninth Avenue report a man trying to get into vehicles.

Laura Tamika Pepion of Havre, 22, was arrested on an assault charge following a disturbance reported at 4:44 a.m. today on Fifth Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Walter Ray Denny of Box Elder, 58, was issued a summons on a charge of theft after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported a shoplifter Friday at 3:45 p.m.

Skylar Rae Welter of Havre, 21, was arrested on two counts of possession of dangerous drugs and one charge of possession of drug paraphernalia following a call for assistance from Rocky Boy Police Department Friday at 9:42 p.m.

A caller reported Saturday at 11 a.m. a vehicle had its back window broken out and contents gone through after the vehicle was left at the fairgrounds overnight.

Ira Valdez Moreno of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on a state District Court warrant following a transport from Rocky Boy Police to the detention center Saturday at 12:13 p.m.

--

A sex offense was reported from the fairgrounds Saturday at 11:14 p.m.

--

An arrest was made after an 11th Street North caller reported Sunday at 6:17 a.m. someone had broken into the caller's pickup truck.

--

A burglary was reported Sunday at 11:22 a.m. on Second Avenue East in Gildford.

--

Sunday at 6:07 p.m. a caller reported from 11th Street North a vehicle had been broken into.

Nicole Rochelle Demontiney of Box Elder, 45, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant following an escort from Rocky Boy Police Department to the detention center at 6:22 p.m.

Aaron Michael Brogan of Great Falls, 19, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license during a vehicle stop on Fresno Road Sunday at 11:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to two calls Friday, three Saturday, one Sunday and one this morning.

Firefighters responded to a call on the 1300 Block of 13th Street after smoke from a shorted out water heater set off the alarm. The breaker was turned off until the water heater could be replaced or repaired.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held two medium-hair cats with sex listed as "unknown," three medium-hair male cats, one male long-hair cat and five female short-hair cats.

The shelter also held this morning a 2-year-old female hound, a 2-year-old female pit bull terrier-German shepherd cross, a 13-week-old male shepherd cross, 1-year-old male spaniel-pit bull terrier cross, a 26-week-old Labrador retriever-mastiff cross, a 2-year-old male Australian cattle dog-blue heeler cross, a 9-month-old female pit bull terrier and a 3-year-1-month-old male Labrador retriever.

Births

A girl was born Thursday, July 19, 2018, to Dasia Beckman and Zakary Canning of Havre.
